South Loop Properties

South Loop Properties, LLC was established in 1999 by Raquel and Scott Conwell to provide professional property management services to rental condominiums in the South Loop neighborhood of Chicago.  The company has grown over the past ten years, but the focus remains the same:  To provide well-maintained rental apartments at reasonable rents to professionals and students living and working in the Loop.  Our portfolio consists of studio and 1-bedroom rental condominiums in Printer's Row and the South Loop.  For the ultimate in convenience, our properties are located at the northern part of the South Loop - between Congress and Roosevelt to the north and south, and between Michigan Avenue and Wells to the east and west.  You can get just about anywhere by walking or bicycling, but we also offer several parking spaces for rent.  Whether you're new to our city or already at home, you'll love all the South Loop has to offer, and we know you'll appreciate living in a South Loop Property.
